We keep your books in Odoo, an online software that you also use for invoicing. The result: less paper, up-to-date figures and mandatory e-invoicing handled at no cost.
Since 1 January 2026, invoices between Belgian businesses must be sent in a structured electronic format, in principle via the Peppol network. Many software packages charge extra for this service.
With Odoo, sending and receiving Peppol invoices is included free of charge, even with the free plan that gives access to the Invoicing app ("One App Free"). Odoo is itself a Peppol access point and appears on the list of compliant software published by the FPS Finance.

Odoo's free plan gives access to a single app (for example Invoicing), with unlimited users. That is enough to invoice and use Peppol. If you want to add other apps (sales, CRM, inventory…), Odoo switches to a paid per-user subscription. Some optional services, such as automatic document scanning, may also be charged by Odoo based on usage.
